Paul Stamets is a mycologist, medical researcher, author, entrepreneur, and medicinal mushroom advocate. Stamets is also the author of six books, including Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World andFantastic Fungi: How Mushrooms Can Heal, Shift Consciousness & Save the Planet. Stamets developed a microdosing method known as the “Stamets stack,” which involves stacking psilocybin with lion’s mane and niacin to enhance the brain-supportive effects of the mushrooms. He is also the owner of Fungi Perfecti, a company that makes mushroom-based supplements.
